Email Marketing during COVID-19: how to face this “new normal”
We are sure that right now you have very reasonable doubts about how to change your marketing strategies on this pandemic moment, and guess what:  We have our doubts too, we all are learning to adapt ourselves in this global moment.

Maybe you are thinking: is it good to send an email right now? Is there anybody checking their inbox? Is there any way to help with our message and our service right now? And the answer for those questions is: YES!
We are on the best moment to keep farming your regular clients and to show your prospect leads how can they use your service/products during this times, but remember to be always respectful on your communication; we know you want to sale your service or product but it can’t be on the “BUY ME NOW” way.

Keep this tips on mind on your next Email Marketing campaign:

1.-Be mindful on your language: We need to evolve the language we’re using to be sensitive to the current climate.  Be cautious of insinuating what is an essential or a necessity, this new normal is changing on how people define”essential”.

2.- Consider your content: What type of content makes sense right now? How will you get your subscribers to continue to engage, and hopefully purchase your products? COVID updates are important, but they shouldn’t be the only thing your brand is talking about for the next several weeks.
Use this time to refresh your brand values and show it to your customers; the storytelling it’s a great strategy too, and it could generate trust, identification and connection.

And remember too: It’s not the right moment to use photos or images involving physical contact, hugs, handshakes, etc.

3.- Be transparent & Communicate: It’s important to keep your customers on the right lane of communication. If you have problems with your services/products, shipping delays, out of stocks, etc. the best way to treat it it’s to be honest. So keep them updated!

The world is changing now more than ever. Meetings and networking are all on the net: Webinars, Online Congress, virtual conferences.

And Email Marketing campaigns it’s the best approach right now for you to let them know that you’re still here, that you are adapting too, and that you have much value to give on this times: maybe a small advice or free content, even limitations on your service,  but remember: an email can make a big difference
