How long does warm-up take?

It depends on the volume you need and where your list came from. We set the length in a short scoping call before the server is built, and you send nothing during that period.

What stays the same as a regular account?

Everything. Campaigns, SMS, automations, forms, the API and every integration work exactly as they do on a shared account.

The larger difference is what happens before day one: a new address that starts at full volume gets blocked, so we warm it ourselves before it reaches you instead of sending you off to warm it on your own.
